Cargo plane skids off run way at Hong Kong international airport; 2 dead

A cargo plane skidded off the runway and crashed into the sea while landing at Hong Kong International Airport early Monday morning, killing two people. According to the Hong Kong Airport Authority, the plane, arriving from Dubai, United Arab Emirates, was landing at Hong Kong International Airport at around 3:50 a.m.

Two Ground Vehicle Crew Dead

Four crew members on board the plane were rescued and taken to hospital. However, initial police reports indicate that two people on board an airport ground vehicle struck by the plane’s skid have died.
