Uttarakhand daily corona case count crosses 500
In Uttarakhand, 505 new infected have been found in the last 24 hours. At the same time, no death due to Covid-19 have been reported in the last 24 hours. So far 346468 people have been infected in the state. Today 119 people have been cured. Now the active cases in the state are 1000.
So many cases found on Monday
On Wednesday, 253 people have come under the grip of infection in Dehradun district alone. 64 cases were found in Haridwar, 55 in Nainital, 60 in Pauri, 5 in Tehri, Almora and Chamoli, 9 in Bageshwar, 3 in Champawat, 37 in Udham Singh Nagar, 6 in Pithoragarh, 1 in Rudraprayag, 2 in Uttarkashi district.
Orders for strict action against those who roam without masks
In view of the increasing cases of corona infection across the district including the capital Dehradun, the District Magistrate has issued orders for strict action against those who roam without masks. District Magistrate Dr. R Rajesh Kumar has directed the police-administrative officers to conduct intensive investigation campaign in their respective areas and take strict action against such people who are roaming on the streets without masks.

If any person is found roaming without a mask, action will be taken against them on the spot and prescribed fine will be charged.
