Suresh Raina announces retirement from International Cricket

Following his former skippers footsteps Suresh Raina too has announced his retirement from International Cricket. Suresh Raina shared a picture from his official Instagram with Kedar Jadhav, Mahendra Singh Dhoni, Ambati Rayudu, Karn Sharma and Monu Kumar. While sharing this picture, he gave the caption- It was lovely to play with you, Mahendra Singh Dhoni. With all my heartfelt pride, I choose to join you on this journey. Thank you India Jai Hind. Both Chennai Super Kings team mates announced their retirement today.

Suresh Raina made his Dambulla ODI debut against Sri Lanka on 30 July 2005. Raina has scored 768 in 18 Tests and 5615 runs in 226 ODIs. He has 1605 runs in 78 T20s. Raina has scored 1 century in Tests and 5 in ODIs. He has a century in T20. Raina was famous for his swashbuckling style of batting and sharp fielding.
