Admit card issued for NEET Exam 2020

The National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET Admit Card) has been issued for the NEET Exam 2020. More than 15 lakh students registered

This year, more than 15 lakh students have filled the form for NEET exam, which is 4.87 percent more than the previous year. From the perspective of numbers, this year about 74 thousand more students have registered than last year. This time more registrations were also held from Jammu and Kashmir than last year. Although the state had internet lockdown, the government had released offline forms and created nodal centers for the convenience of the students. Most applications were made from Maharashtra.

Social distancing will be taken care of

In order to provide security to the students due to Corona virus pandemic, full care will be taken for social distancing. 3843 centers have been made for this. Only a total of 2546 centers were made earlier. This will enable social distinction to follow, while students will also be able to allot the center of their choice.

Demand for postponement of examination

There has been a demand to postpone the exam for the last several days. Some students and parents say that their health can be damaged due to the examination. A petition was also filed in the Supreme Court in this regard, but the court refused to ban the examination. After this it seemed that the way would be cleared for the examination. But this did not happen, the protest continued and many politicians also jumped into it. West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee and Delhi Deputy Chief Minister also appealed to the Central Government to postpone the examination.

Students will protest from home

In this episode, some students have decided to protest from home to get the exam done. During the protest, they will show black flags from home, tie a black bandage on the forehead, wear a black mask. From September 1, JEE exam will be held, while NEET examination is to start from September 13.
