Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal holds road show in Haridwar

The Aam Aadmi Party has put full force for the next year’s assembly elections in Uttarakhand. Party’s national convener and Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal reached Uttarakhand on Sunday and announced to do many big things for the people of the state if the party wins the upcoming elections.

Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal, who arrived on a one-day tour of Uttarakhand, said that if the Aam Aadmi Party comes to power in Uttarakhand, it will build good schools and hospitals in the state. Along with this, free pilgrimage scheme will be started for people of different communities.

Rally taken out in Haridwar

Arvind Kejriwal along with the party’s CM candidate Col Ajay Kothiyal took out a rally in Haridwar. CM Kejriwal said, ‘I am saying that I will make your schools better. I will make the future of your children. I will arrange a job for your children. I will build a hospital for your family. ‘He insisted that there is no party in the entire country except the Aam Aadmi Party which talks for good education.

Kejriwal also announced to conduct free pilgrimage for the people of Uttarakhand like Delhiites if AAP forms a government in Uttarakhand. Under this scheme, Hindus will be made to visit Ayodhya, Muslims to Ajmer Sharif and Sikhs to Kartarpur Sahib.

‘People will get free pilgrimage’

He said, ‘We have a Chief Minister’s pilgrimage scheme in Delhi. Under which we provide free pilgrimage to senior citizens. In this scheme, they are taken comfortable travel in AC trains and stayed in AC hotels. Their arrival, stay and food are all free. It includes travel to 12 pilgrimage places across the country including Haridwar, Rishikesh, Vaishno Devi, Dwarkadhish, Rameshwaram and Puri. So far 36 thousand citizens of Delhi have taken benefit of this scheme.’

The AAP head said, when he went to Ayodhya a few days ago and saw Ramlala there, he felt that God should give him so much strength that he can make every person of the country see Ayodhya and Ramlala. After returning to Delhi,’ I got Ayodhya included in the list of pilgrimage places. I am happy to inform that the first train for the citizens of Delhi to Ayodhya will run on 3rd December.’
