Uttarakhand Corona update: 439 new cases reported today
Corona infection cases are increasing rapidly in Uttarakhand. Challenges have also increased with new cases coming up day by day. On Wednesday, 439 new cases of corona have been reported, of which the maximum 139 cases are from Haridwar. Apart from this, 119 in US Nagar, 82 in Dehradun, 21 in Chamoli, 17 in Tehri Garhwal, 12 in Champawat, 28 in Nainital, 7 in Pithoragarh, 5 in Pauri Garhwal, three cases each are from Rudraprayag, Bageshwar, Almora. At the same time, 217 people have fully recovered, while four have died. Now the number of corona infected patients has increased to 10886 in the state. However, 6687 of these have recovered completely. Currently 4020 cases are active, while 140 have died. Apart from this, 39 patients have gone out of the state.
In Uttarakhand, Corona is not allowing a single day of relief. Corona was also confirmed among 411 people on Tuesday. So far, 10432 people have been infected in the state. As per the health bulletin issued on 12 August, 5% of all the samples have been tested positive for Corona till date. The recovery rate in the state is 61.43%.
The number of active patients in Haridwar and U. S. Nagar district has exceeded 1100 hundred. 486 containment zones have been created across the state to prevent infection.
