IRCTC launches Ayodhya-Rameshwaram tour package

With the grand opening of Ayodhya Ram temple next month. People have already started booking to go there. Flights and semi high speed train Vande Bharat are also going to start from 30th December. Keeping in mind the faith of the people, Indian Railways is launching a tour package from Ayodhya to Rameshwaram. This includes visiting many temples of Tamil Nadu. The special thing is that the eight day package is around Rs 2000 per day.

IRCTC has launched a seven night and eight day package of Tiruchirappalli-Madurai-Rameshwaram from Ayodhya Cantt which will start from January 3. This package includes many religious places in Tiruchirappalli, Madurai and Rameshwaram. The starting price of this package on triple occupancy basis is Rs 16,735 and on double occupancy basis is Rs 200035.

These places are included in the journey

Starting from Ayodhya, the journey will be to Tiruchirappalli, which is an ancient city of South India. Then the tour will go to Srirangam Island surrounded by Kaveri and Kollidam rivers which is known for the ancient Hindu temple Ranganathaswamy. After this, there will be a visit to the Jambukeswarar-Akilandeswari temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. Along with this, there will be a visit to Meenakshi Amman Temple in Madurai and then to Rameshwaram located in Pamban Island.
