497 Corona cases reported in Uttarakhand
Corona cases are increasing rapidly in Uttarakhand. On Tuesday, 497 new cases have been reported, of which 105 are the most from Udham Singh Nagar. Apart from this, 99 Dehradun, 98 Nainital, 68 Haridwar, 42 Tehri Garhwal, 39 Pauri Garhwal, 22 Champawat, 10 Bageshwar, 08 Uttarkashi, 04 Almora, one each in Pithoragarh and Rudraprayag. At the same time, 239 have been cured, while six people have died. The number of infected patients has now increased to 12961 in the state, out of which 8724 have been fully recovered. At present, 4024 cases are active, while 164 people have died. Apart from this, 49 patients have gone out of the state.
The doubling rate of patients in the state has reached 30.90 days, whereas, the recovery rate is 67.31 percent.
Four family members found Corona positive in Kotdwar
Corona infection has been confirmed among four members of the same family in Kotdwar. Preparations are being made by the administration to seal the area. It is being reported that no one from the family has a recent travel history.
