According to the Health Bulletin released by the Health Department, on Wednesday, corona infection rate in the state has come down below five percent to 4.99 percent. While the infection rate has improved to 93.20 percent. According to Tuesday’s Health Bulletin, the rate of infection in the state was 5.01 percent. While the recovery rate was 92.98 percent. But with the improvement in the situation on Wednesday, a big change has been recorded. On Wednesday, a total of 227 new corona patients have been found across the state on Wednesday and five have died.
According to the bulletin, 7 patients in Almora, 2 in Bageshwar, 5 in Chamoli, 9 in Champawat, 69 in Dehradun, 40 in Haridwar, 60 in Nainital, 3 in Pauri, 13 in US Nagar, and 12 patients in Uttarkashi district were found corona positive. On Wednesday, two in Pithoragarh District Hospital, one in Doon Medical College, one in Himalayan Hospital and one in Sri Mahant Indiresh Hospital succumbed to the virus during treatment. 380 patients were discharged after recovering. With this, the total number of patients cured has increased to 86298. While a total of 92593 people have been infected by corona so far in the state. A total of 3515 patients are being treated in state hospitals. 13 thousand reports sent to more than 11 thousand samples came for investigation and more than 11 thousand reports are yet to come.
