Snow storm alert in four districts of Uttarakhand

In the next 24 hours, mild avalanches may occur in four districts including Chamoli and Pithoragarh of Uttarakhand. DGRE Chandigarh has issued this warning. According to the Disaster Management Department, a light category avalanche warning has been issued in Chamoli, Pithoragarh, Rudraprayag and areas above 3000 meters in Uttarkashi district.

According to the Meteorological Department, the temperature may increase further in the coming days.
