Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank said that the board examinations will start from May 4. There will be practical examinations from March 1. Nishank said that the 10th and 12th examinations will start from May 4 and continue till June 10. The results of the board examination will be out by 15 July. Practical examination of 12th will start from March.
Exams will be conducted in the normal way that is, there will be no online test. The status of the doubts regarding the date of board examination has come to an end today. Lakhs of children give exams in the CBSE board exams. This time due to Corona, the PM Modi government of the Center had put a lockdown in the country since March. Since then, studies in school-colleges have stopped in offline mode. All children are studying online.
All efforts are being made by the school to complete the syllabus on time. At the same time, some parts of the syllabus have been reduced by reducing the load on the child. On Thursday, the Education Minister has announced the date of board examination and this will end the suspicion going on in the minds of children.
