The income tax department has increased the deadline of filing ITRs by one month. The Central Government has given time till August 31 to fill the ITR. The Finance Ministry has given this information. The Finance Ministry said that the Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) has extended the final date for filing income tax returns. For the sake of related categories of tax payers, it has been extended from 31st July to 31st August. In this way tax payers now have another month. You do not have to do any haste during this time and you can comfortably fill your income tax return.
