ISRO releases first look of indigenously developed space suit

Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) has unveiled the indigenously prepared space suit. This saffron color space suit has been prepared for space travel target 2022. ISRO demonstrated its prototype in ‘Bengaluru Space Expo’ on Thursday. The suit has been developed at the Vikram Sarabhai Space Center of Thiruvananthapuram (Trivandrum).

According to a private TV channel report, ISRO has prepared two such suits for the time being and will prepare another suit. Because in space mission of 2022, a total of three people will go. The suit can be fitted with an oxygen cylinder, which will help the astronauts get oxygen for nearly an hour.
ISRO has kept the color of this suit orange, which some people are speculating to be NDA inspired saffron. Significantly, the space agency NASA has already prepared the same colored suit. When the reason for choosing the color was asked from NASA, it was said that this colorful color is very helpful in terms of safety and search.
