Swedish Academy which is incharge of deciding the Nobel Prize winners will not announce the Nobel Prize for literature this year. French-citizen Jean-Claude Arnault, who is considered to be the face of cultural activities in Sweden, is surrounded by charges of sexual charges and financial crime.
