DCX Systems IPO has received overwhelming response from investors. The IPO of cable and wire harness assemblies maker DCX Systems has been subscribed 76 times on the last day. The IPO of DCX Systems was open for public subscription on 31 October 2022 and closed on 2 November. The company’s IPO has been subscribed 76 times overall. At the same time, the retail quota of DCX Systems IPO has been subscribed 65 times, Non-Institutional Investors (NII) quota 46 times and QIB quota 95 times.

The premium of the company’s shares reached Rs 82 in the grey market

DCX Systems IPO is getting strong response even in grey market. According to market watchers, the shares of DCX Systems are trading at a premium of Rs 82 in the grey market. If the shares of the company are allotted at an upper price band of Rs 207 and are listed at a premium of Rs 82, then the shares of DCX Systems may get listed in the market near Rs 289. The company’s shares will be listed on BSE and NSE on Friday, November 11, 2022.

Price band of IPO is Rs 197-207 per share

The price band of DCX Systems IPO was fixed at Rs 197-207 per share. The company on Friday said it has raised Rs 225 crore from anchor investors just ahead of the IPO. DCX Systems was incorporated in the year 2011 and is one of the leading Indian company manufacturing electronic sub-systems and cable harnesses. The company operates through its manufacturing plant located at Hi-Tech Defense and Aerospace Park SEZ in Bengaluru. Most of the brokerage houses had given subscribe rating to the IPO of DCX Systems.
