592 Corona cases reported in Uttarakhand on 31 August
On Monday, 592 new cases were reported in Uttarakhand, while 12 infected people died. At the same time, 604 patients have also recovered. The maximum number of 149 cases are from Dehradun. Apart from this, 138 Haridwar, 99 Nainital, 58 Udham Singh Nagar, 52 Tehri Garhwal, 41 Uttarkashi, 13 each from Pauri Garhwal and Champawat, 10 in Almora, 7 in Rudraprayag, 6 each in Bageshwar and Pithoragarh have been reported. The number of corona infected patients has now reached 19827 in the state, out of which 13608 have become healthy. At present 5887 cases are active, while 269 have died. Apart from this, 63 patients have gone out of the state.
On Monday, 592 new corona-infected patients were found. At the same time, there is a record in the mortality rate of active patients. For the first time in five months, 12 patients died on a single day.
Today, seven people have died in Sushila Tiwari Medical College Haldwani, four in AIIMS Rishikesh, one in Doon Medical College. So far 269 corona patients have died in the state. Out of total infected patients in the state, 13608 patients have been cured. While treatment of 5887 active patients is underway.
Treatment of corona patients based on treatment protocol
The government has issued orders to all districts to treat Corona-infected patients admitted to Home Isolation and Covid Care Centers in the state as per the treatment protocol issued by the center. District Magistrates and CMOs were directed to provide medicines to patients as per protocol.
