Uttarakhand corona update: 8 new cases found on 16 November

Eight new corona infected have been found in the state in the last 24 hours. At the same time, one patient has died. While six patients were sent home after recovery. The number of active patients has increased to 174.

According to the bulletin issued by the Health Department, the test report of 10635 samples has come negative on Tuesday. Not a single infected patient has been found in 10 districts of Almora, Bageshwar, Chamoli, Champawat, Nainital, Pauri, Pithoragarh, Rudraprayag, Udham Singh Nagar and Uttarkashi. At the same time, three infected patients have been found in Dehradun, four in Haridwar and one in Tehri.

Infection rate reached 0.08 percent

So far, the total number of corona infected in the state has increased to 344058. Of these, 330321 people have been cured. A total of 7404 people have lost their lives due to corona in the state. The state’s recovery rate is 96.01 percent and infection rate is 0.08 percent.
