Russian media claims that Vladimir Putin plans to nominate Dmitry Medvedev as the Vice President of the Presidential Security Council. Dmitry Medvedev has been an old ally of President Vladimir Putin. Since 2012, Medvedev has been continuously working as the Prime Minister. Dmitry Medvedev has also held the post of President from 2008 to 2012.
