Uttarakhand Chief Minister to donate 5 month salary to CM Relief fund

Uttarakhand Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat has pledged to donate his five-month salary in the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund to help the people suffering from the global corona pandemic. Apart from this his wife has donated one lakh rupees, while his daughter’s have donated 52 thousand rupees for the fund.

On the other hand, the Indian Academy Senior Secondary School has given a check of two lakhs for the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund in view of Kovid-19, the check was given by the director of the school, Munendra Khanduri. DG Health Dr. Amita Upreti gave a check of Rs 50,000 and her husband Dr Lalit Mohan Upreti also gave a check of Rs 50,000 to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund in view of Covid-19.

300 bed hospital ready at Sushila Tiwari Hospital to treat Covid-19 patients

At Sushila Tiwari Hospital in Haldwani, 300 beds have been reserved for the patients of Coronavirus. Arrangements for 36 ventilators and ICU beds have been made in the hospital. Apart from this, only the Department of Childbirth and Pediatrics will provide regular services in the hospital after today. In other departments, OPD services have been completely stopped. Principal of Government Medical College Haldwani, Dr. CP Bhaisoda said that the hospital is fully prepared to fight against Corona. Beds have been reserved for hospital patients. Emergency is also being done in this direction.

Staff will not go home from hospital

If any positive patient of Corona is found in the hospital, then the doctors and staff treating the patient will not go home. Arrangements for living and eating will be made separately for them. In the hospital, doctors and staff have also been instructed to change their clothes by taking a bath in the staff room before going home. So that the corona infection does not fall out of the hospital in any way.

Chief Minister likely to visit Haldwani

The work is going on in full swing to see the arrangements at Haldwani Medical College. In such a situation, the Chief Minister’s visit on Friday is also proposed in Haldwani. Along with the Chief Minister, Principal Secretary Health and other officials will also meet at Haldwani Medical College. In which preparations to deal with Corona in Kumaon region will be discussed.
