Curfew imposed in Haldwani’s Banbhoolpura

No Corona positive case has been found in Uttarakhand for four consecutive days. There have been no positive cases in the state since April 8. The number of infected in the state is 35. These figures are a relief to the government.

Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat has ordered curfew in Haldwani’s Banbhoolpura. The Chief Minister has given this order on Monday, taking cognizance of the incident in the area on Sunday.

There was an uproar in the Corona hotspot Banbhoolpura area in Haldwani, Uttarakhand on Sunday afternoon. During this time people opposed the Health Department team which went to investigate Corona.

 

Hundreds of people came out on the road when the team said to investigate some people in the area and quarantine them reached there. The police administration also became vigilant and police forces were deployed throughout the area.

Inspection team opposed

According to the information, the team of the Health Department had arrived to take samples in this area at around three in the afternoon. But then people started opposing the team there.

The people of the neighborhood asked the team to go out. The people were very agitated. There the situation remained tense for two hours. After this, the matter was settled.

After Dehradun, the administration has declared the Banbhoolpura area of ​​Haldwani as a hotspot by dividing it into five sectors. Seven people involved in the Jamaat of this region have been found to be corona infected. Five Corona infected patients admitted in Moradabad are also from this region.
