Uttarakhand corona update: 8 cases reported on October 20
The graph of corona virus infection continues to fluctuate in Uttarakhand. On October 20, eight new cases have been reported, while one has died due to Covid-19. At the same time, six people have fully recovered. At present 176 cases are active.
According to the Health Bulletin of the Health Department, the report of 7462 samples has come negative today, while corona virus infection has been confirmed in eight persons. So far, a total of 343773 cases of corona have been reported in the state. However, 330071 of these have become completely recovered. So far 7398 have died, while 6128 infected have gone out of the state.
Most cases of corona came in Doon
The capital Dehradun has seen the maximum number of cases of corona. Here the infection has been confirmed in four persons. Apart from this, two cases were from Haridwar, one case each has come up in Nainital and Pauri Garhwal. Apart from this, there are nine districts where no infection has been confirmed in any sample tested.
Infection rate reached 0.11 percent
So far, the total number of corona infected in the state has increased to 343773. Of these, 330071 people have been cured. A total of 7398 people have lost their lives due to corona in the state. The state’s recovery rate is 96.01 percent and infection rate is 0.11 percent.
