Uttarakhand corona update: 7127 cases,5748 recoveries on 13 May

On Thursday, 7127 new cases have been reported, while 122 have died in Uttarakhand due to Covid-19. The number of infected patients has now increased to 271810 in the state. However 184207 of these have fully recovered. At present 78304 cases are active, while 4245 have lost their lives. Talking about active cases, there are 78304 active cases in the state at present. The maximum number of cases have come from Dehradun district. At the same time, in the hill districts the highest number of cases are in Uttarkashi, Pauri Garhwal, Tehri Garhwal and Almora districts. There are six out of nine hilly districts, where the infection rate is more than twenty percent. The biggest concern in terms of corona is the rising figure of deaths.

So far 4245 corona patients have died in the state. At present, the infection rate was 6.51 percent and recovery rate was 67.77 percent based on the sample examination. The number of patients recovering from infected cases has reduced to 78304 active cases.

District wise corona cases in Uttarakhand on May 13

As per the health bulletin on May 13, 5748 people recovered from the infection. The sample positivity rate in the state till date is 6.51%, while the recovery rate is 67.77%. Today 26089 samples were sent for testing from various labs across Dehradun.
