Uttatakhand weather update: Light rains expected in the hills

There is a possibility of rain in some areas of the hilly districts of Uttarakhand on Tuesday as well. According to the forecast of the Meteorological Department, there may be rain with thunder and lightning at some places in Uttarkashi, Rudraprayag, Chamoli, Bageshwar, Almora and Pithoragarh districts on Tuesday. While the weather will remain dry in other districts of the state.

Bikram Singh, director of the Meteorological Center, Dehradun, said that after June 6, there will be a change in the weather for a few days only in the high altitude areas. While there is a possibility of increase in the temperature of other districts of the state.

Monsoon to be delayed

Director of Meteorological Center, Dehradun, Bikram Singh said, till June 15, there will be an increase in temperature across the state. This time the monsoon will arrive in Uttarakhand with a delay of four to five days.
