Uttarakhand corona update: 23 new cases found on 22 September

In Uttarakhand, 23 new corona infected have been found in the last 24 hours. At the same time, not a single patient has died. While 16 patients were sent home after recovery. The number of active cases has reached 256.

According to the bulletin issued by the Health Department, on Wednesday, the test report of 17598 samples has come negative. Not a single infected patient has been found in five districts of Almora, Bageshwar, Champawat, Rudraprayag and Udham Singh Nagar. At the same time, two each have been reported in Chamoli and Nainital, six in Dehradun, one each in Haridwar and Tehri, four each in Pauri and Pithoragarh and three in Uttarkashi.

So far, the total number of corona infected in the state has increased to 343428. Of these, 329695 people have been cured. A total of 7391 people have lost their lives due to corona in the state. The recovery rate of the state has been recorded at 96 percent and infection rate of 0.13 percent.
