PM Modi to inaugurate projects worth Rs 17500 crores in Uttarakhand on December 30

There is tremendous enthusiasm among BJP workers regarding Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to Kumaon. In Garhwal division, the Prime Minister has addressed a public meeting in Dehradun. Now it’s Kumaon’s turn. Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s election public meeting will be organized in Haldwani on December 30. During this, he will inaugurate and lay foundation of schemes worth 17500 crores.

During the Haldwani rally, the PM will lay the foundation stone of schemes costing Rs 14 thousand crores. Along with this, about three and a half thousand crore schemes will also be inaugurated. After the foundation stone laying and the inauguration program, the Prime Minister will address the public meeting. The schemes that are to be laid and inaugurated include some roads of the All Weather Road Project and the work done in Nainital under the Namami Gange Project.

Apart from this, foundation stone of several projects including Lakhwar Hydroelectric Project, several roads of National Highway Authority, Medical Colleges in Pithoragarh and Rudrapur, Satellite Center of All India Institute of Medical Sciences in Udham Singh Nagar, some roads of Bharatmala road project and Haldwani Ring Road are to be laid.

The projects that will be inaugurated include the Nagina-Kashipur highway, the works in Nainital under Namami Gange, two Hydel projects in Pithoragarh district and the all-weather road project on the main roads of Kumaon. During the public meeting held in Dehradun on December 4, PM Modi had laid the foundation stone and inaugurated the projects costing 18 thousand crore rupees. The provincial leadership of the BJP had urged the central leadership to schedule a similar program of the Prime Minister in Kumaon. After which the Prime Minister’s visit to Haldwani has been fixed on December 30. The state government and BJP are busy making preparations to make PM’s program grand.
