New corona guidelines in Uttarakhand effective till 31 January issued

A new guideline has been issued regarding coronavirus infection in Uttarakhand to be effective till 31 January 2022.

Key details  of this guideline:

• Night curfew in Uttarakhand will be effective from 10:00 am to 6:00 am.
• All markets will be open only from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm.
• All gyms, shopping malls, cinema halls, salons will open with 50 percent capacity following the coronavirus protocol.
• All swimming pools and water parks in Uttarakhand will remain closed till January 31, 2022.
• Sports institutes, stadiums and playgrounds will be opened with 50 percent capacity for training of players.
• In marriage ceremony and funeral procession, people will be allowed to attend with 50 percent capacity of venue.
• Rallies and picketing will not be allowed till 31 January 2022.
• Hotels, restaurants, eateries and dhabas will be allowed to operate only dining under 50% capacity.
• Anganwadi centers and all educational institutions of class 12th in the state will remain closed till 31 January 2022.
