Uttarakhand corona update: 13 cases found on 28 April
The corona infection rate in Uttarakhand is now continuously above one percent. On Wednesday also the infection rate was recorded at 1.16 percent. Active cases have also increased to 89. 13 people have been found infected across the state, while three patients have recovered on 28 April. It is a matter of relief that no corona infected patient has died.
According to the Health Department, test reports of 1120 samples were received from private and government labs. In which the report of 1107 samples has come negative. The maximum number of eight people have been found infected in Dehradun district. Apart from this, two cases have come up in Udham Singh Nagar and one each in Almora, Chamoli and Nainital. No new cases of corona have been found in Bageshwar, Champawat, Haridwar, Pauri Garhwal, Pithoragarh, Rudraprayag, Tehri Garhwal and Uttarkashi.
2122 samples from different districts have also been sent for investigation. There have been 92365 cases of corona in the state this year. In which 88778 (96.12 percent) people have become healthy. This year 275 corona infected patients have also died.
No active case in four districts
At present, Dehradun district has the highest number of 54 active cases in the state. Apart from this, there are 20 active patients in Haridwar as well. There are six active cases in Nainital, three in Chamoli, two in Udham Singh Nagar and one each in Almora, Bageshwar, Champawat and Pauri Garhwal. There is no active case in Pithoragarh, Rudraprayag, Tehri Garhwal and Uttarkashi as of now.
