RR Kabel Limited IPO
RR Kabel Limited aims to raise ₹1,964.01 crore through this IPO. For this, the company will issue 1,739,130 fresh shares worth ₹180.00 crore. Along with this, the promoters of the company will sell 17,236,808 shares worth ₹ 1,784.01 crore through Offer for Sale (OFS).
Retail investors will be able to bid for this IPO from September 13 to September 15. On September 26, the company’s shares are expected to be listed on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
Retail investors can bid for maximum 182 shares
RR Kabel Limited has fixed the price band of this issue at ₹983-₹1035. Retail investors can bid for a minimum of one lot i.e. 14 shares. If you apply for 1 lot as per the upper price band of IPO at ₹ 1035, then you will have to invest ₹ 14,490.
Whereas for its IPO, retail investors can apply for maximum 13 lots i.e. 182 shares. For this, investors will have to spend ₹ 188,370 as per the upper price band.
RR Kabel is a wire and cable manufacturing company
RR Kabel is a wire and cable manufacturing company. The company had 71% share in the wire and cable segment in the June quarter. Along with this, the company also manufactures electrical goods like lights, switches and other electrical products.
Samhi Hotels Limited IPO
Retail investors will be able to bid for this IPO from September 14 to September 18. The company’s shares will be listed on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on September 27. However, the company has not yet released the price band of the IPO.
Soon the company will release the issue size and price band of its IPO. Only after this will the information about the minimum and maximum bidding share and amount of the IPO be revealed.
The company runs hotels in 12 cities of India
Samhi Hotels Limited currently runs hotels in 12 cities in India including Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai and Pune. Along with this, a hotel of the company is being built in Kolkata.
