The weather will remain changed in the higher reaches of Uttarakhand today and tomorrow (Friday and Saturday). The Meteorological Center has issued a yellow alert for rain and snowfall in the hilly districts on March 22-23. There is a possibility of rain and snowfall in the hilly districts and areas at an altitude of more than 3,500 meters. However, the weather will remain dry in the plains.
Meteorologists say that by the end of March there will be a higher than normal increase in maximum and minimum temperatures. By the beginning of April, the heat will start bothering with rise in temperatures. On the other hand, meteorologists have estimated that due to climate change, the maximum temperature in March will increase by 0.5 degrees in the coming decade.
