Uttarakhand corona update: 1687 cases; 4446 recoveries on 29 May
Today 1687 people have been found coronavirus infected in Uttarakhand. The figures of infection are continuously decreasing and the good news is that the death toll is also decreasing. 58 patients have died due to Covid-19 in Uttarakhand today. Apart from this, more than double the patients have returned home after getting healthy. Today, a total of 4446 patients have returned home after testing negative. Today, 285 cases were found from Dehradun, 186 from Haridwar, 176 from Nainital, 215 from Pithoragarh district, 34 from Rudraprayag district, 80 from Tehri Garhwal, 92 from Udham Singh Nagar district, 98 from Uttarkashi district, 27 from Champawat district, 203 from Chamoli district, 63 from Bageshwar district and 130 from Almora.
Lowest daily cases in 46 days
The lowest number of infected cases a day after 46 days has been reported. 58 patients died and 1687 new patients were found in 24 hours. While 4446 patients have recovered.
Ban on coming to India from Nepal lifted
After moving out of the Containment Zone in Jhulaghat (Pithoragarh), normal movement from the border bridge at Jhulaghat will start from Sunday. People must show a negative report of Corona before entering India. The report will be valid no less than 72 hours in before.
