894 vacancies for Forest Guards issued in Uttarakhand
There will be recruitment for 894 posts of Forest Guard (Forest Guard) in Uttarakhand. Subordinate Services Selection Commission has issued its notice. Online applications for recruitment will start from August 24.
Commission Secretary Santosh Badoni said that for this recruitment, applicants will have to do one time registration first. Common Service Centers have also been authorized to apply. Applicants from rural and remote areas can also fill their form from Common Service Center at Nyaya Panchayat level. They also have the facility to scan the photo, signature and thumb and deposit the fee online for the application.
Applications will be made for the examination till October 7 while the fee will be deposited till October 9. In December the commission has proposed written test and physical efficiency test. There are also standards for height and chest measurement in this recruitment. Along with this, male candidates will have to complete a walk/run of 25 kms in four hours while the standard of 14 kms for female candidates.
Relaxation of one year will be provided in the upper age limit as per the order of the state government. EWS applicants are instructed to fill the option of availing this category only if they have a valid certificate.
Forest Guard Physical Efficiency Test Result Released
The Subordinate Services Selection Commission has released the result of Forest Guard Physical Efficiency Test held in Dehradun from July 27 to July 29 and Haldwani on August 3 and 4. This result has been released by the commission on the website.
