The Excise Department raided the premises of illegal raw liquor manufacturing units. 30 liters of illegal raw liquor wascaught. One person has been detained and a case has been filed against him under the Excise act. On the instructions of district excise officer Prashant Kumar, Excise Police and Revenue raided Simgadhi where there was an illegal liquor being made. Police destroyed the barrels of liquor. Six bottles of English alcohol were also found on the spot.
