Notification for Uttarakhand Judicial Service Civil Judge Exam 2023 has been issued by the Uttarakhand Public Service Commission (UKPSC). According to the notification (No.10@DR/E-2/Civil Judge/2022-23) issued by the Commission, candidates are to be selected for recruitment to 16 posts of Civil Judge in the Department of Justice through this examination. Out of these posts, 7 posts are unreserved. For the remaining posts, candidates belonging to the reserved categories of Uttarakhand are only eligible to apply.
UKPSC Judicial Exam 2023: Application starts for Uttarakhand Judicial Service Exam
The application process for Uttarakhand Judicial Service Examination 2023 has started from Wednesday, March 1, 2023, with the release of the notification. Interested and eligible candidates can apply through the online application form provided there by visiting the active link on the official website of Uttarakhand Public Service Commission, psc.uk.gov.in. UKPSC has set the last date of application for Uttarakhand Judicial Services Exam 2023 as 21 March 2023. During the application, candidates will have to pay a fee of Rs 172.30 through online means. Fee is exempted for the candidates belonging to reserved categories.
UKPSC Judicial Exam 2023: Eligibility
Only those candidates can apply for Uttarakhand Judicial Service Exam 2023, who must have completed graduation in law from a recognized university or any other higher education institution. Also, they should have proper knowledge of Hindi in Devanagari script and basic knowledge of computer operation. Candidates age should not be less than 22 years and not more than 35 years as on 1st January 2023. However, candidates belonging to the reserved categories of the state will be given relaxation in the upper age limit as per the rules of the Government of Uttarakhand.
