ECHS polyclinic gets approval in Clementown

On Diwali, the current and former employees of the army have received the gift of ECHS polyclinic. The Defense Ministry has approved the long-standing demand of ex-servicemen. ECHS polyclinic will be opened in Clementown. Its benefits will be directly available to serving soldiers, ex-servicemen and their dependents. BJP leader Mahesh Pandey said that with the opening of polyclinic in Clementown, all ex-servicemen and their dependents living in Dharampur and Doiwala assembly constituencies will get its benefits. This will also reduce the pressure of patients on ECHS Garhi Cantt and Military Hospital.

He said that Dr. Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank, while being Haridwar MP, had met the then Defense Minister Manohar Parrikar, Nirmala Sitharaman as well as the current Defense Minister Rajnath Singh in this matter. As a result, today the Defense Ministry has given financial approval to open ECHS polyclinic in Clementown. Clementown Residence Welfare Society has also expressed happiness over the approval of C type polyclinic and thanked former Union Minister Dr. Nishank, MLA Vinod Chamoli, former Chief Minister and Haridwar MP Trivendra Singh Rawat.
