A shocking incident has come to light in Dehradun, where a hidden camera was reported to have been found in the bathroom of the city’s prominent Anandam restaurant. A woman has alleged that a hidden camera was installed in the bathroom of the restaurant, which created a stir there. The woman created a ruckus as soon as she saw the camera in the bathroom and informed the police.
As soon as the information was received, the police immediately reached the spot and started investigating the matter. An employee of the restaurant has been detained. The police is also questioning the operator of the restaurant in this case. The police has said that they are investigating thoroughly and strict action will be taken against the culprits.
On the strict instructions of SSP Dehradun Ajai Singh, the Cantt police registered a case against the accused youth last night and took him into custody. At the same time, the recording of the mobile hidden in the bathroom of the restaurant has also been seized. A case has also been registered against the restaurant owner. Meanwhile, Inspector Cantt Kailash Chandra Bhatt said that the 25 year old accused, a resident of Jharkhand, who worked in the restaurant, used to hide his mobile phone in the women’s bathroom and turn it on for recording. The police said that all recordings have been deleted from the mobile phone.
