Cops register FIR in Rohit Shekhar Tiwari death case
The mystery behind the death of Rohit Shekhar Tiwari (40), son of late ND Tiwari, former Chief Minister Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh seems to be deepening. About the death of Rohit Tiwari, Delhi Police has disclosed the postmortem report. According to the postmortem report, he had ‘unnatural death’. Now in this case, the case has been registered under Section 302 of the IPC. This case has been registered against unknown people.
Earlier on Friday, the whole issue was handed over to the Crime Branch of the Delhi Police without waiting for the postmortem report. Taking the initiative, Crime Branch investigated Rohit’s residence at Defense Colony. During this, there was also a forensic team with them.
At the same time, when a murder case was registered in Delhi, Rohit’s mother Ujjwala Tiwari said that she does not know anything about this mystery. If there is a conspiracy then the curtain should rise, we should get justice. She said that “I do not doubt anybody. My son was continuously moving forward on his father’s principles, but perhaps it was not acceptable to God.”
Earlier, the postmortem of the body of late leader ND Tiwari’s son, Rohit Shekhar Tiwari (40), was done by the Medical Board of five doctors in All India Institute of Medical Sciences. According to Joint Commissioner (Southern Range) Devesh Chandra Srivastava, the board has not submitted the preliminary report of the postmortem to the police. Only after the report comes the exact cause of death will be known.
According to the police, the panel of five doctors did postmortem of Rohit’s body under the leadership of Dr. Adarsh. Meanwhile all members of Rohit’s family were present in the hospital. Ujjwala Sharma, his mother, said that “he [Rohit] was depressed due to lack of opportunity in politics. He was quite capable and wanted to take his father’s legacy forward. He was a struggling youth. If he got the chance to get into politics on time, he would have certainly given a new dimension. He should have got the chance three or four years ago. I wonder why such a well educated child was not given a chance in politics. She also said that former Chief Minister ND Tiwari was caught in the conspiracy. The people around him surrounded him, but Rohit took him out of the conspiracy. For this reason, ND Tiwari’s last time has passed a great deal. Rohit served father like Shravan Kumar. “Outside the Mortuary, Rohit’s wife Apoorva Shukla, brother Siddharth Tiwari and other relatives of the family were also present.
It is noteworthy that Rohit Shekhar Tiwari’s body was found in suspicious circumstances on Tuesday afternoon at the residence of Defense Colony. During that time his wife, brother and domestic helpers were present at the house. Ujjwala Sharma had gone to a doctor near the house. On seeing Rohit’s body the domestic assistant immediately informed the incident to the family. After this, the police informed the Defense Colony police station. Rohit’s blood was coming out of his nose in the unconscious state. He was taken to Max Hospital in Saket, where doctors declared him dead. The relatives have not expressed any doubt, however, the police is investigating every aspect of the investigation by Rohit’s family members, relatives and friends. The police has also examined his house.
