Record Corona cases found in US and UK
The number of corona-infected people in the UK crossed 12.90 lakhs after a record 33,470 new cases of global pandemic coronavirus (covid-19) infection were confirmed in the UK during the last 24 hours. According to a report, large-scale corona virus (Covid-19) infections are being investigated in the UK during the recent few weeks.
Increase in new cases despite stringent measures to prevent corona
Minister Alok Sharma in the UK government said that the increase in new cases of corona infection shows why we are taking tough steps to prevent its spread. Britain has become the first European country where more than 50,000 people have died due to corona.
Many countries including Britain are facing the second wave of Corona infection
Significantly, several other European countries, including Russia, France, Britain, Germany and Spain, are facing a second wave of Corona infection.
In the US, which is severely battling the global pandemic Corona virus, the number of infected people has crossed 1.07 million with a record over 1.77 lakh new cases of infection during the last 24 hours. This is by far the largest number of new cases of corona reported in the US in a single day. The US daily newspaper Washington Post gave this information in a report on Friday.
All 50 provinces of the United States are severely affected by Corona and new cases of corona are continuously increasing in each province.
According to the latest data released by the Center for Science and Engineering (CSSE) of America’s John Hopkins University, the death toll from Corona in the US has reached 244217 while the number of infected has reached 10714001.
