Monsoon season booking for Kedarnath Heli service is going to start soon. The Civil Aviation Department had earlier started Heli booking from 10 May to 20 June and 15 September to 30 October, which has been 100% booked in the first week itself.
That time the department had not announced the booking dates for the monsoon period from 21 June to 14 September, during this timewhich, the number of passengers decreases due to rain, and the Heli companies also get busy with the Amarnath Yatra. Now the department is going to start booking for this time also through IRCTC.
UCADA CEO C Ravishankar said that IRCTC has been instructed to start booking. The date and time for starting the booking will be released on the website from this week itself. Booking will be started in this sequence.
