Rohit Sharma to lead India against New Zealand in T20I series

The Indian team has been announced for the home T20 series against New Zealand. Rohit Sharma will lead the team, while KL Rahul will be the vice-captain. On the other hand, Venkatesh Iyer, Avesh Khan and Harshal Patel will be the new faces in the team. At the same time, Yuzvendra Chahal has returned. The T20 series will start from November 17.

Rituraj got IPL reward

Rituraj was in excellent form in the second phase of the IPL. He was the highest run-scorer of IPL 2021. He scored 635 runs in 16 matches at an average of 45.35 and strike rate of 136.26.

Rahul Dravid’s first series as head coach

The pairing of Rohit Sharma and Rahul Dravid will be seen working against New Zealand. Ravi Shastri has stepped down as the head coach after the T20 World Cup. Former India batsman Rahul Dravid has come in his place.
