Uttarakhand corona update: 59 new cases reported on 14 September

The pace of corona infection has started slowing down in Uttarakhand. Within the last 24 hours, 59 new infected patients have been reported in nine districts of the state. On Wednesday, two patients died in the state. While 61 patients have been cured. At the same time, the number of active patients is also decreasing. At present, 193 active patients are being treated in the state. Whereas on Tuesday there were 201 active patients in the state.

According to the Health Department, the test report of 1730 samples has come negative on Wednesday. Out of 59 cases, the highest number of 27 cases have come from Nainital district. While, 13 infected patients have been reported in Dehradun, 6 in Haridwar, 3 in Almora, 1 each in Bageshwar and Tehri, 2 each in Pauri and Pithoragarh and 4 in Rudraprayag.

Not a single infected patient has been reported in Chamoli, Champawat, Udhmisingh Nagar and Uttarkashi. At the same time, two patients died in Sushila Tiwari Hospital and AIIMS Rishikesh. Along with this, the recovery rate of the state has been 95.88 percent and the infection rate has increased from 1.42 to 3.30.
