Uttarakhand daily Corona update: 331 cases found on 2 November

The system has breathed a sigh of relief as spread of Corona intensity slowed down, but cases are not stopping. On Monday, 331 more cases of corona have been found in the state. After which the total number of patients has increased to 62881. In which 57542 people have won the battle against Corona. Currently there are 3802 active cases, while 508 patients have gone out of state.

According to information received from the health department, 9241 sample test reports have been received from government and private labs on Monday. Of these, 8918 sample reports have been negative. In Dehradun, 84 more people are affected by Corona. At the same time, 53 people have been found infected in Rudraprayag and 52 in Chamoli. Apart from this, 29 people have been infected in Pauri, 19 each in Haridwar and Pithoragarh, 17 in Udham Singh Nagar, 16 in Nainital, 14 in Tehri, 8 in Almora and Uttarkashi, 7 in Bageshwar and five in Champawat.

Two more patients died

So far 1029 corona-infected patients have died in Uttarakhand. Two patients died on Monday as well. One patient died of corona at AIIMS Rishikesh and Max Hospital. Corona mortality rate in the state is 1.63 percent at present. Whereas in the country it is close to one and a half percent.

441 patient recover

The number of patients cured on Monday was higher than getting new patients. On Monday, 441 more patients from different districts have been healthy. These include 98 from Pauri, 96 from Dehradun, 39 from Pithoragarh, 36 from Chamoli, 35 from Nainital, 34 from Haridwar, 29 from Bageshwar, 29 from Rudraprayag, 16 from Uttarkashi, 14 from Tehri, 10 from Udham Singh Nagar and five patients from Almora. The recovery rate in the state is 91.51 percent.
