The infection rate has reached 5.6 percent. The recovery rate has reached 90.93 percent. According to Health Bulletin issued by Health Department, 22 cases in Almora, 8 in Bageshwar, 38 in Chamoli, 45 in Champawat, 168 in Dehradun, 43 in Haridwar, 69 in Nainital, 40 in Pauri, 25 in Pithoragarh, 20 in Rudraprayag, 11 in Tehri, 33 in US Nagar and 8 cases were from Uttarkashi.
A total of 66855 patients have been cured in the state so far. On Friday, 12492 patients reported negative. 14649 samples were sent to investigation. The report of the 18449 sample is still awaited.
A total of 1201 patients have died in the state. One patient died on Friday at Srinagar Base Hospital, AIIMS Rishikesh, Max Dehradun, District Hospital Pithoragarh, District Hospital Champawat.
