Uttarakhand records lowest Corona cases in nearly 2 months

In Uttarakhand, there has been some relief from the slowing down of the corona infected. After two months, at least 241 infections have been detected in one day. At the same time, 376 patients were discharged after recovering. The total number of infected has increased to 58601.

According to Health Department data, 14035 samples were tested in the last 24 hours in the state. In this 13794 samples were found to be negative. Health department has got some relief from the pace of infection in the state.
On August 19, there were 264 infected cases a day. Since then, the pace of the infected had increased steadily. After two months, on Tuesday, the lowest 241 infected have been found. 90 in Dehradun district, 37 in Haridwar, 23 in Nainital, 20 in Almora, 18 in Uttarkashi, 15 in Pithoragarh, eight in Udham Singh Nagar, seven each in Pauri and Chamoli, six each in Champawat and Tehri, three in Rudraprayag. A corona patient was found in Bageshwar district.

On Tuesday, a total of 11441 samples were sent from across the state for investigation. Reports of about 14 thousand samples came, while 13 thousand reports are yet to come. The rate of corona infection in the state has reached 6.53 percent while the recovery rate of patients has crossed 88 percent.
