Record breaking heat
Due to bright sunshine for several days in Dehradun, the temperature records of the last several years were broken in September. But on Wednesday, the weather took a turn. Clouds started appearing in the sky since morning. After the thick clouds covered the sky at around one o’clock in the afternoon, there was heavy rain. The weather became pleasant due to about two millimetres of rain. Compared to a day before this, the maximum temperature fell by 2 degrees Celsius to 33.7 degrees Celsius. People breathed a sigh of relief due to this.
