Neha Dhupia shares explanatory post after getting trolled
Actress Neha Dhupia has been being trolled on social media for the past few days. The reason is that she had abused a contestant during Roadies’ auditions. Recently, a video of it went viral, in which Judge Neha Dhupia was seen chiding a contestant for hitting a girl. Actually, the contestant had said in front of Neha and other judges that his girlfriend was cheating on him and hence he slapped her. Neha got agitated on hearing this from the contestant and she even abused the contestant. After this video went viral, Neha was constantly subject to memes and comments. Now she has broken her silence in this matter and has responded on social media.

Neha wrote on Instagram account, ‘I am a part of Roadies for the last 5 years. It gave me a chance to form a team from all parts of the country. But I do not accept what has been happening for the last 2 weeks. In a recent episode I voiced against violence. One boy reported that his partner had cheated on him. In return, the boy beat the girl. I was misunderstood. I do not support those who cheat, but unfortunately my words were misrepresented.’
Neha further wrote that every person has their own choice. But it is not right to beat anyone. She further wrote, “For the last two weeks, not only my pages but also my family, friends and team mates are also getting abusive messages. My father’s WhatsApp is also receiving abusive messages. Even on my daughter’s page people are writing abuses and this is not acceptable to me.”
At the end of the post, Neha said, “I am against assaulting women. Whatever I want, I will always stand against it. It is evident that a man has more physical force than a woman. Domestic violence with women is a major problem not only in India but worldwide. I appeal to the people whether it is male or female educate themselves about domestic violence. If you are suffering from this then speak up for yourself. you’re not alone.’
