Many flaws in our immigration system – Australia

Australia’s Home Minister Claire O’Neill said in a speech at the National Club that ‘there are many flaws in our immigration system. They are working to make our businesses unsuccessful. Creating difficulties for the people of other countries living here. Most importantly, it is not a good thing for Australians either.’

Australia has taken necessary steps in the month of September last year to help businesses facing a widespread shortage of staff. The Australian government increased the number of permanent residents to 195,000 in this financial year which is an increase 35,000 as against the earlier number. Earlier this number was 160,000.

Increase in the amount of migrant laborers
