Unnao rape case: FIR lodged against BJP MLA and 9 others
The case of conspiracy to murder Unnao rape victim in a road accident has been registered against Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar. In this accident, the victim’s two aunt’s died. A case of murder, murder, conspiracy has been registered against Kuldeep Singh Sengar who is the prime accused in the case. The FIR has been lodged against the MLA on the complaint by the uncle of the victim. The victim’s uncle is currently lodged in Rae Bareli district jail.
In the FIR, MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar and his brother Manoj Sengarhave been named. There are 10 named people and 15-20 unknowns listed in the report. The lawsuit has been filed in the sections of Indian Penal Code of 302, 307, 506 120B.
However, the condition of the rape victim of Unnao, who was involved in a road accident, remains critical. Doctors at the KGMU Hospital in Lucknow say that due to the accident, the girl has a fracture in her leg and head injury. The victim was placed on the ventilator. Her blood pressure is falling. Apart from this, there is a fracture on the right collar bone of the victim, some ribs on the right arm and right foot.
On Sunday, a truck hit the victim’s vehicle. In which her two aunt died, whereas the victim and the lawyer were seriously injured. They are undergoing treatment at Trauma Center. The truck driver involved in the accident has been arrested by the police.
UP State government has said that if Unnao rape victim’s family wanted then the government is ready to conduct a CBI inquiry into Rae Bareli case. Two people were killed in the accident and the victim and her lawyer were seriously injured. The victim and her lawyer Mahendra Singh are on the life support system since Sunday after the accident.
