Fuel prices continue to creep up
In the last 15 days, the price of petrol in Dehradun has increased by Rs. 8 and that of diesel by more than Rs. 9. Due to which inflation continues to hit the people. Oil companies have released new prices of petrol and diesel on Tuesday.
Petrol and diesel prices hiked by 77 paise
On Tuesday, an increase of 77 paise each has been registered in petrol and diesel prices. Petrol is being sold at 102.95 paise and diesel 96.93 per liter in Dehradun. Whereas in Haldwani, petrol is now 102.13 paise per liter and diesel at 95.80 paise per liter. This is the 13th increase in the last 15 days.
Increase of more than eight rupees in Dehradun in last 15 days
At the same time, in the last 15 days, the price of petrol in Dehradun has increased by eight rupees and the price of diesel by more than nine rupees. On March 21, petrol was being available in Dehradun for Rs 94.15 and diesel for Rs 87.50. Till March 5, petrol prices have increased by Rs 8.08 and diesel by Rs 9.43.
