Over 2500 new Corona positive cases found in India in last 24 hours

The number of corona patients in the country has reached beyond 42 thousand. The total corona patients in the country have increased to 42533. So far, 11707 patients have been cured. In the last 24 hours, 2553 new cases have been reported. 29453 patients are undergoing treatment. In the last 24 hours, 1074 people have recovered. This is the maximum number yet. The recovery rate has increased to 27.52%. This information was given by Lav Agarwal, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Health.
Agarwal said, “The government is constantly making testing capacity in the country regarding corona infection. Today, a total of 426 days of labs in the country have started testing samples of corona infection. Of these, 315 are in the government sector while 111 are in the private sector labs.”
He said, “Before the lockdown the doubling rate was 3.4 days, today it has increased to 12. The doubling rate has to be increased further. Where cases are coming more, the focus is on creating a containment zone.”
The government, said that if the cases of infection increase, the exemption can be withdrawn. People should understand their social obligations and follow the guidelines.
