Sports Authority of India to set up badminton and boxing centers in Almora and Pithoragarh respectively
In a major move to boost development and promotion of sports in Uttarakhand, the Sports Authority of India (SAI) is soon going to set up two Sports Extension Centres for badminton and boxing at Almora and Pithoragarh.
The proposed SAI Extension Centres will operate on a day-boarding pattern in which the talented young players, both girls and boys, will be trained by expert SAI coaches.
